Senior Executive (O&M) at Medicare Environmental Management Pvt. Ltd. Agartala, Tripura (A Re-Sustainability Ltd.) (BMW PLANT).
DURATION- 26th June to till date.
RESPONSBILITY
●Documentation like (daily wise waste report, daily work report, Operation and Maintenance Records).
●Visually inspection of overall plant.
●Man Power Handling.
●To check the erection of the plant as per drawing and as per plant layout.
●To check all nut & bolt found be tight.
●Machinery should be clean daily wise.
●Daily wise operator meeting regarding to operation of Incinerator Plant, Autoclave and Shredder.
●To check all moving parts of Incineration Plant.
●To check the oil level and alignment of motor with gear box.
●To check the alignment of induced draft fan.
●Oiling and greasing as per requirement after visually checking for to reduce the abnormal noise and smoothly moves the all moving parts
●To achieve daily wise production target
●At time of breakdown find out the problems, then sort out.
