Senior Territory Manager, Sept 2003 – Present

I am Base Manager Sales Rep (BSR) for Tyson and Perishable portion of managed accounts for three (3) local Commissary stores; NAS Jacksonville, FL, Mayport, FL and Kings Bay, GA with an average sales movement of $4 M per month on 450 fresh chicken and meat items. I write chicken orders and ensure orders are processed timely to ensure availability for customers as all three stores.

I am Senior Territory Sales Manager with a Sales Assistant (SA) for Core managed accounts in each store. I ensure all programs are participated in and display activity reported to our HQ. I Manage all facets of represented accounts in 3 Local Commissary stores; NAS Jacksonville, NS Mayport, FL and NSB Kings Bay, GA. I ensure that more than 4,000 items are stocked, rotated, and displayed properly. I sell in and coordinate delivery and build mass displays of featured items/themed events. I Perform monthly automated store audits, ensuring all carried product is in stock and ordered, proper tags and signage are applied, and replace any missing price signage as needed. Manage vendor stocker programs consisting of approximately 14 stockers; the stockers stock shelves, rotate product, advise me of out of stocks and short dated product to ensure we have store order product and I markdown product to ensure sell thru versus salvage of short-dated product.

I process automated and manual payroll files to ensure proper and timely payment to stockers/merchandisers. I Perform complete and/or partial store resets as necessary.

I am Southern Region Distributor Coordinator – I Manage Six distribution centers for OSC represented products that distribute to 38 Southern Region Commissary stores in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana with average sales of $ 15M. I Track new item receipt, deleted items sell thru and One Time Buy (OTB) orders/sell thru. I ensure product is available for special displays, One Time Buys, Shipper’s and everyday shelf items. Provide inventory trackers to Southern Region Team and CBM’s on weekly basis.

MSC Chief/Admin/Office Manager, Oct 1986 – Sep 2003

Managed all accounting, administrative and personnel functions of a Government Retail Grocery facility with an annual sales volume in excess of $60 million. Managed and tracked annual payroll budget in excess of $4.6 million. Administered $4 million annual operating budget. Managed direct expenditures of supply budget funds in excess of $1.5 million. Directly supervised four employees in state of the art multi-faceted accounting and administrative government business systems, including CAO, DIBS, FDS, POS, DPAS, DBMS (payroll) and many others.
