Managing HR and Administrative functions. (Key Functions of HR & IR activities)
Searching candidates on the job portals, screening resumes and short listing the candidates.
Scheduling and conducting the interviews. Documentation & maintenance of personnel files / records.
Issuing both finance and HR related forms to candidates.
