The Health Care IT Project’s goal was to implement the system for EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and E-Prescribing & to replace the manual processing for all the business processes within the Center. The Project was called Centricity Practice Solution, CPS for EMR.

Roles & Responsibilities

I was an active part in the implementation of the system, working on multiple application involving all the phases of SDLC, design, developed and enhanced reports based on end user need.

Analyzed requirements for new and existing reports.

Works closely with reporting team as well as business users to create complex reports, queries and reporting structures

Also ensures the integrity of reports across multiple systems.

Assisted in design and documentation of database structure in relation to reporting structures.

Roles & Responsibilities

I was actively involved in writing test cases for the business wizard and incentive wizard modules of the application for the NYBE project; the main goal of the system implementation was to replace the manual processing of business license applications and automating it to online processing through NY License Center.

Experience analyzing and creating documentation of business processes by describing relevant factors including work flow processes, data input and output activities, describing data elements, and meeting project deadlines.

The Client was Medco – Express Scripts. The project was to implement a solution for automated adjudication system which deals with different phase of claim process such as intake phase, adjudication phase and reporting phase. As a Business Analyst, the tasks focused on implementation of the automation of the system, as well as the implementation of ACAS to generate automated claim submission, processing and creating a report and claim payment with remittance advice.
