Provided Team Leadership, identified and assessed problems, determined courses of action to correct the problems, and get the project back on schedule, re-engaged the user community, and saw the various projects to successful conclusions.

Installed, configured, and maintained all hardware and sizing recommendations for all programs, including StratumViewer software.

Conducted Planning-Design-Sessions with the stakeholders, project sponsors, and the stakeholder’s IT representatives. Documented the agreed upon design.

Created the Metadata pursuant to the Planning-Design Sessions, wrote extracts via DTS used to load data into the Data Warehouse (Initial Load, Nightly Net Change, and Master File loads) from the ERP, ODS, or other sources.
