SKILLS
Team participation- I have a strong habit of working with a team and being part of a successful team will attract me.
Conflict handling- I don’t have a problem dealing with day-to-day smaller conflict situations in life, but when it gets really tough and challenging, I will prefer to avoid it or work around it.
Dealing with change- I really don’t like change just for the sake of change. But if change is necessary and meaningful and the pace thereof is reasonable, I am mostly comfortable with it. This is very good when a situation needs stability.
Great communication skills- I can listen and respond when necessary.
Helping people in need- it is easy for me to help people that are really in trouble. I have a carefully cautious approach towards helping when I am not convinced about the credibility of the situation.
Relative preference for routine- I have learned to follow routine patterns in a very balanced way. I have the habit of building routine and behavior repetition only where necessary and where it works best for me without becoming trapped in too much routine.
Self-motivation- my sources for motivation are a combination of self-generated energy, energy I get from people working with me and tangible incentives. I make use of more external motivators than internal motivators. This is good because it helps me to work for something in return!
