Previous positions I have held acquainted me with a wide variety of experience in administrative/clerical office, and customer service representative positions. The customer service representative training from the Help Desk Institute of Colorado gave me awesome skills to effectively deliver excellent communication skills in resolving problems by showing empathy, effective listening to master problems, accurate documentation of issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction follow-up to attain company goals.

Work experience as receptionist, clerical 1, word processing specialist, secretary, administrative assistant, and licensed security officer also gave me excellent experience working with the public, utilizing proficient customer service skills.
