SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
Assist in the subsystem and system scoping.
Perform and generate procedures for pre-commissioning activities of utilities and process piping such as water flushing, air blowing, steam blowing, lube oil flushing, nitrogen purging and sensitive leak testing. Motor solo run and pumps mechanical run-in test, temporary piping fabrication, orifice installation, decommissioning, re-instatement and operation of various equipment.
Issue system walk down notice to all required participants for systems and subsystems to be viewed.
Perform facilities system walk down with contractors and client representatives. Generate punch list items. Maintain the site master punch list of items generated from mechanical completion walkdown.
Issue formal notification of Mechanical Completion to Client and acquire required signatures. Coordinate with different subcontractors regarding Turnover Packages requirements. Develop Turnover Package, containing system description, scope boundary drawing, components listing and other relevant information to define the scope of the system. Review and ensure that all marked up P&ID are red lined properly and issued. Review Turnover Package submitted by subcontractors. Develop the final turnover packages by compiling the data from the subcontractor turnover packages to ensure packages are organized and consistent prior to submittal for client approval. Review of notice of completion and preparation of turnover books for transfer, care, custody and control.
