Responsibilities

Handling of procurement activities as per the customer demand to meet the 100% adherence to the requirement

Analysis of customer demand report from SAP based on Sales input

Making PR to PO conversion based on MRP Run Weekly in SAP, and communicating to vendor with purchase order

Ensuring order acknowledgement within the Week from all the vendors

Tracking the transit shipments on daily basis and ensuring inbound and GRN entry in SAP.

Regular follow up with the vendors to ensure and meet as per schedule

Maintaining the Vendor rejection report and Closing the machine/Forging/casting stock more than allowable percentage

Every quarter of the year subcontract stock audit and report submitted to finance team

Handle the material query for SC and Bought till the Production to be done like - Counting mismatch, clime the damage from supplier, Quality issue, In-warding, GRN issue etc..,

Weekly working and approval on plan modification from the Sales team

Based on production and sale requirements material will Pre-plan or Postpone the supplier schedule to Maintain the inventory

Check opening Stocks as per SAP on daily basis specially running items and Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system

Making weekly DRM updates & Trackers based on the KPI’s of job role

Ensuring quality of the parts delivered by working with Incoming quality
