CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This agreement is made on this day 28th Oct, 2023 between PTTEP Oil and Gas Company Thailand

(Employer) and Vakeel khan (Expatriate Employee).

The Company desires to obtain the benefit of your services and hereby pleased to offer you employment on the following terms and conditions:

Position: Assistant HR Manager

Job Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Assignment: You will exercise a high degree of skill and care in the provision of the service assigned and you will devote as much of your time to the services as may be necessary to enable them to be carried out efficiently. The Employee agrees that it will at all-time faithfully, industriously, and to the best of skill ability, experience and talents, perform the duties required of the given position. Comply with all Employer policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced by the Employer from time to time.

You may be required to perform work in place of another employee on a casual or temporary basis, as a relief for the duration of the job or during the absence of another employee and maintain a high standard of safety at all time.

Commencement Date: 30th Nov, 2023. Employees are advice to arrive a week before commencement date in order to attend the orientation seminar. Note: there will be no further interview as your employment is based on the information provided in your resume, but your credentials will be confirmed and validity before job commencement.

PTTEP OIL AND GAS COMPANY THAILAND

Salary: Net monthly salary $4,750.00(USD) tax-exclusive. Contract Duration: 3 Years (Renewable)

Working Hours: 8 hours daily, overtime hours may be required.

Rotational: 28 days on / 28 days off. Employee will receive full benefits during the 28 days off which includes Monthly Salaries, Bonuses, and other Allowance apart from hazard allowance. Flight Ticket: Company shall provide all your flight tickets. All expatriates are entitled to free To and From Air Business Class Tickets to cover the span of their home leave. Upon completion of the employment formality and approval of your Visa/Work Permit, Company shall release your upfront payment and your flight ticket to enable you travel to Thailand.

Accommodation: Company will provide accommodation for expatriate that chooses to reside in Thailand for the period of employment. Return ticket will be provided at the end of every 28 days on, for expatriate that chooses not to relocate to Thailand for the period of employment. Employees are entitled to free meals at the General Staff canteens. Dietary options and Dieticians are available. Transportation: An official vehicle shall be provided by the Company on 24 hour daily basis for local transportation.

Reimbursements/Payments: All expenses made/incurred in relation to this Job/contract engagement process shall be fully reimbursed to you by the Company, such expenses as may include cost of obtaining Insurance, Medical and Fitness Certificate in the case of employee gets such service from a personal doctor, Oath of Good Conduct Certificate, cost of obtaining Traveling/Visa requirements. Upon completion of the employment formality and approval of your Visa/Work papers, Company will release your reimbursement payment and your flight ticket (Business Class). Health Care and Safety: All operations at Job location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector. All expatriates are entitled to free and mandatory safety courses to be delivered routinely by qualified safety and environment experts. Employees are entitled to a comprehensive Health care service for the duration of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the time of contract for employee and family. Allowance/Entitlements: Hazard: $1,100.00 (28days-On only), Entertainment & Recreation:

$800.00(Monthly), Travel & Events: $1,700.00(Monthly), Performance Bonuses: Up to Eleven percent of your annual net salary, paid quarterly by your choice of cheque or direct deposit. PTTEP OIL AND GAS COMPANY THAILAND

Contract Termination Entitlements: Employee is entitled to receive Contract Termination Entitlements in accordance with the provisions of the Thailand Employment Rights Act, 1996. Termination Notice: Employment offer will be subjected to one month notice of termination, unless termination is on grounds of serious misconduct where such termination will be with immediate effect, in accordance with the provisions of the Thailand Employment Rights Act, 1996.
