Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.

Coordinate luggage collection and storage.

Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and property

amenities.

Promptly address guests-related matters on a professional level.

Advised guests of attractions to cater to their curricular needs.

Actively listen to and resolve complaints.

Prepare reports and correspondences that align with the administrative section of the business. Send and receive email and respond within a timely manner. Follow up and provide feedback to the Director from other external clients.

Ensure that all amenities both inside and outside are operational such as electrical outlets, property is sprayed for insects and termites, pipes and other fixtures are operational and up to date.Schedule maintenance work with electrician, gardener, mason, plumber and other government owned business such as fire department, medical department and health inspector.
