Responsible for ensuring day to day operational efficiency and smooth functioning of the Warehouse. The space management, optimum utilization of resources both human and mechanical, maintaining cordial relationship with all stakeholders- both internal and external. Make processes to follow smoothly for achievement of targets, proper upkeep of warehouse, storage and retrieval systems. Maintain Health, safety and hygiene shall always be accorded top priority. Inventory Control

Doing daily cycle count and annual stock count is done as per process and ensure complete control on inventory thereby reducing and eliminating variances.

Maintain inward outward process is followed as per SOP and necessary transactions are posted in the system.

Ensuring proper demarcation is done for Raw Material, Packaging Material, Finished Goods and Rejected Goods in systems and physical storage is done accordingly.

Third-party dispatches planning and timely distribution.

Plan with production for Pan India demand and dispatches timely through our sales warehouse.

Raw material planning in advance 2 days according to the production plan from our External Warehouse to Internal Warehouse basis daily.

Space planning for expected materials receipt.

Components planning as per demand in 2 days advance from our External Warehouse to Internal Warehouse basis daily. MIS & Reports

Sharing daily Manufacturing Orders status and Production Demand status.

Details on the vehicles and items in the local and imports inventory.
