My role involves designing and developing effective learning solutions for various target audiences within the organization. I work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and then create a comprehensive plan that meets those needs.
I utilize my expertise in instructional design and learning technologies to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences for SAP employees and external learners.
This includes designing and developing e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning solutions that incorporate a range of delivery methods.
