DynCorp International Mission:

I was assigned to the Baghdad Police Major Crimes Unit in the Crime Scene Investigations Division. Before being transferred to Baghdad I was the Communications Team Leader in Tikrit assigned to the 1st Infantry Div. My duties were as stated with additional duties of assistant to the Chief of Administration. Before returning to Tikrit, I was a TIPS Advisor at the Kirkuk Police Academy, Kirkuk, Iraq. My previous position was as a Transitional Integration of Police (TIPS) Advisor at Tikrit TIPS Police Academy, Tikrit, Iraq. Prior to Tikrit I was unassigned in Baghdad.

Employment:

Since 2005-2020 I was employed by Walker Clinical Hypnotherapy, LLC in Bullhead City, AZ as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. My specialties were Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Relief, Fears and Phobia relief, Stress/Anxiety Relief, Pain Management Relief and many others.

During the period of Feb 04 to Mar 05 I was employed as an International Police Advisor in the Civilian Police Assistance Training Team (CPATT) Iraq Mission, attached to the First Infantry Division. I was assigned as an advisor to the Tikrit Police Academy and as an advisor at the Kirkuk Police Academy before returning to Baghdad as an advisor to the Baghdad Major Crimes Unit, Baghdad, Iraq.

I am a retired active duty police officer with thirty plus years as a sworn law enforcement officer. The last twenty-five years was with the Danville Metropolitan Police Department, Danville, IN as a shift commander and at one time I was Chief of Investigations. Prior to Danville City, I was a Criminal Investigator for the State of Indiana Attorney General and before that Criminal Investigator for the Hendricks County Prosecuting Attorney. I have more than 10 yrs as a Criminal Investigator.

I have spent more than 40 yrs. in the security industry serving in positions of night security officer, celebrity body guard, security supervisor and contract security officer for the Federal Office Building and Federal Court House in Indianapolis, IN, in-store surveillance and perimeter surveillance.

Military:

I was in the US Army on Active duty (10 Yrs) in the Reserves and Guards for a total accumulated time of 27 yrs. I retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (O-5), from the Indiana Guard Reserves a Division of the Military Department of Indiana. My military training is in the field of administration, law enforcement and recruiting. My last assignment was Division Provost Marshal and prior to that I was the Division Command Administrative Officer with additional duties as Command Recruiting Officer. Prior to being a general staff officer I was the S-1 (Personnel Officer) with the Division Support Command followed by Military Police Company Commander. My primary branch is Military Police with a basic branch of INF and AG.

Prior to being commissioned as a company grade officer I was a Sergeant First Class (E-7) and was the First Sergeant of a Field Artillery Battery. My enlisted MOS’ included,1st SGT, Supply SGT, Recruiter, Career Counselor, Fire Direction Control NCO and of course Infantryman. I am a Vietnam combat veteran and was formerly in the US Army Security Agency.
