Informative People Inc. Vice President/Principal Recruiter April 1995 - Present Full cycle Engineering recruitment on an exclusive retained basis resulting in a 100% search fill rate. After my intense ‘opportunity discovery’ sessions, aggressive recruiting, and robust 2-hr candidate screening my clients choose from a well-chosen portfolio and move forward to a successful hire for even the toughest searches. About 90% of my business has been repeat business.

MCS/Lan Supervision Recruiter, Software Engineering 1993 - 1995 (until acquisition) For this software start-up I sourced software engineering professionals for our own R/D staff (including senior developers in Java, C++, C#.net, Windows, Novell, Banyon Vines), opened new accounts, and also placed senior software engineers (Cobol, CICS) in our client banks.

General Employment Enterprises Full-Cycle Recruiter, Engineering 1983 - 1993 (10 years) I managed a very successful Full Cycle Recruiting desk at General Employment, from cold call sales through technology Q&A with potential clients to interviewing, screening, coaching, and placing engineering candidates. I placed key technology players in such industry giants as Hitachi, Sun Microsystems, Varian, HP, Dell, Veritas, and others. I specialized in Engineering including hardware, mechanical, and software professionals as well as field service engineers, IT and network engineers, chemists, chemical engineers, and production/materials professionals. I achieved President's Club 7 years out of 10. In my first complete fiscal year of employment, I was

Data Age HR Manager 1983-1983 (company closed): In this software gaming start-up, I managed HR and facilities.

Axlon Inc. HR Manager: 1981 - 1983 I built and managed the Human Resources (Generalist and Recruiting) and facilities functions for this Nolan Bushnell start-up. Axlon provided peripherals for Apple and IBM personal computers and produced an innovative early "PDA". By soliciting advice from local HR professionals, I learned how to build a credible, legal, and sensible HR department that filled our needs. I also recruited engineering, manufacturing, and production/materials professionals.

Earlier Career Experience: Registered Music Therapist serving a broad range of Psychiatric patients within the California State Hospital System at Camarillo State Hospital, Patton State Hospital, Agnews State Hospital, and Metropolitan State Hospital.
