•Facilitate system design sessions (JAD) and create/author business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), business architecture documents, use cases, user requirement specification (URS) documents, current and future states process documentation, and workflow documentation, Functional Test Plans, Test Cases, Production Deployment plans, Requirements Traceability Matrix, etc.
