Managed design-build documents between 3 regional offices to upgrade site for future commercial development. Submitted and negotiated all environmental and construction permits with City of Boston and State of MA, including savings to owner of $300k in permit costs. The Salvation Army UTF Removals ($300+k) – MA/NH – Field coordinated site audits and assessments for presence of fuel USTs at various MA/NH sites, including owner recommendation reports.
