Barry Quarry Landfill and Upgrades ($3.5+mil) – Boston, MA – Coordinated all pre and post bid procurement and negotiations for an 80 acre urban abandoned quarry landfill. Managed design-build documents between 3 regional offices to upgrade site for future commercial development. Submitted and negotiated all environmental and construction permits with City of Boston and State of MA, including savings to owner of $300k in permit costs. Major electrical and sewer permit coordination.

The Salvation Army UTF Removals ($300+k) – MA/NH – Field coordinated site audits and assessments for presence of fuel USTs at various MA/NH sites, including owner recommendation reports.
