1. SOFITEL (King Abdullah Foundation Humanitarian Works Project). Major Activities Performed: List the major job function(s) of my position. Perform Construction Administration Services for Civil/Structural work performed as or by a General Contractor and follow-up Subcontractors for the construction of different types of buildings, Main Hotel buildings, Convention Center, Office Building, Mosque, Parking, M E P Building, Imam's Residence, Guard House, Utilities, Roads and infrastructure.

A. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications: The QA/QC department is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities adhere to the established quality standards and specifications. They closely monitor the construction process to verify that materials, workmanship, and procedures meet the required standards. B. Conducting inspections and tests: The QA/QC department performs regular inspections and tests to assess the quality of materials, workmanship, and compliance with regulations. PIC R-7519 (Infrastructure, Utilities, Traffic Signal System & Road Works) Major Activities Performed: List the major job function(s) of my position. Perform Construction Quality Services for Civil/Structural work performed as or by a General Contractor and follow-up Subcontractors for the construction of different types of Roads or infrastructure and Buildings. 1. Develop standardized production, and quality standards. 2. Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.

3. Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.

4. Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations.

5. Conceptualize, Prepare, and implement Project Specific Quality Plan, Work Method Statement, Inspection & Tests Plan, Inspection Check List, and Quality Internal Audit.

• Develop a procedure to establish norms to define the project- alternatives that will be evaluated for each construction task. Preferably many project-alternatives should be evaluated for each construction task, but, as a minimum, two project alternatives must be evaluated

• Perform needed tests on site and in the laboratory to ensure conformity of material and works according to the contract specifications.

• To ensure the deliverables submission to client is on time.

• To plan well in advance the QA/QC personnel’s mobilization and demobilization based on the projects, contractual and client’s requirements.

• Establish the internal audit plans, notifications for scheduled internal audits within organization and to the clients.

• Communicating to the process owners for corrective / preventive actions outcome from internal audits.

• Scheduling the periodic (six monthly) Management Review Meetings to highlight the internal/external audit results to which need management’s intervention for further improvement in the QMS.

1- KING FAISAL MEDICAL CITY, ABHA (Southern Region project # J12-4100). Project time period from July 01, 2012 to 11 October 2017. 2- Primary Health Care Units (Phase-2) of Ministry of Health in GIZAN (Southern Areas). Project time period from November 03, 2009 to 30 June 2012. Supervising construction of Buildings, reviewing & monitoring the progress of the project for ensuring completion of project within the scheduled time and cost parameters. Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Quality Compliance on project sites. Securing on-site project activities & overseeing the performance of contractors ensuring compliance with quality assurance plans Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.

Reviewing Design/Shop Drawings & BOQ's according to necessary of site and As- Built.

Duties Involved:

Planning of the site offices (mobilization of contractor), organize office equipments installation and establish the site offices documentation control system.

Reviewing of the initial project submittals, documenting and coordinating with the design Project Manager on all required changes to architectural, civil, structural and environmental construction or shop drawings.

Review the construction program and plan the duties of skilled workers according to the construction program.
