Senior Field Engineer implementing the Corrective Action Program by ensuring that adverse conditions are identified, documented, controlled, and corrected in compliance to applicable procedures and utilizing technical qualifications to review Work Package contents (Weld Data Sheets, Design Specifications, Manufacturer’s Instructions, Drawings, Verification/Inspection and/or Testing Requirements, etc.) for compliance with applicable procedures.

Certified as an Apparent Cause Investigator (ACI) to effectively perform Apparent Cause Analyses for the company’s Corrective Action Program. Responsibilities also include developing Corrective Action Plans to effectively address Conditions Adverse to Quality (CAQ) and all identified causes; implement Corrective Actions needed to address adverse conditions and minimize the potential for recurrence; close/approve for closure issues that have been verified for compliance.

Perform in the Work Package Closure group by ensuring the scope of work defined in the work package is physically complete; construction sign-offs and documentation are complete; review installation and/or testing documentation; verify as-built field sketches (where required) to depict installed work has been performed as required, etc.

Performed programmatic document review of Nonconformance Reports, Surveillance Reports, Quality Control Inspection Reports, Positive Material Inspection Reports, and Material Receiving

Inspection Reports for completeness, legibility and correctness in compliance with NQA-1-2004, applicable project procedures and manuals. Perform surveillances/assessments and participate in internal audits to ensure the assigned programs/departments meet the requirements of NQA-1-2004 and to ensure the programs and implementing procedures are properly executed and documented. Performed independent assessments; compliance reviews; and field verification of DOE orders, management procedures, and its programs.
