I am a 40 year year old woman who is self motivated, disciplined, and always willing to learn new skills. I have been a residential home painter for the last 8 years. The first 7 years I worked for myself. The last year I have worked for a prominent contractor in my town. I went to college to be a certified paralegal and graduated with a 3.8 GPA. I did work as a paralegal for approximately 2.5 years. The years in between these were filled with various jobs of all types.

I have painted interior and exterior of homes, mostly remodels. Acquired all the jobs that I have worked. spoke with client to understand their needs and wants. Bid the job and speak with client to come to an agreement. Got client to sign contracts. Bought and took care of all supplies needed to complete the job. Made sure client was happy with all work that was done all the way through the job. Take care of any extra work needed throughout the duration of job, document the extra cost and add to original bid. I have taken care of everything from beginning to end of job and made sure the client was happy every step of the way.

As a front end supervisor I would count all cash in drawers at beginning and end of each cashiers shift. Assist and resolve any issues that the customer may have. Cashier if anyone called in for shift. Set up planograms, make sure store was presentable.
