The objective of the Self Service site was to facilitate daily activities of Merck personnel and to provide them with a user friendly guided experience on various topics. The unique features of this portal were support topics like Mobile Devices (Apple, Android and Blackberry), Computers (Windows and Mac), Outlook, Badge Print etc.

Responsibilities:
