Increased service efficiency by more than 50 percent through the redesign and implementation of new I.S. service policies, procedures, parts tracking, deployment and software support. Provided regular reports from helpdesk software(Remedy) to provide breakdown of support staff response to problem tickets, while also delivering a status of response times for request for help to clients. Summarize the information from engineers and technicians to supply reports to clients to include recommendations for needed changes in their network infrastructure or training needed for users. Coordinated closely with Vice President of Professional Services to further develop presence in Maryland and Northern Virginia.

Teleglobe Communications (consultant under NTS) 1999 -- 2001

Lead engineer/Desktop Services Recruited, hired and motivated staff of 18 cutting edge senior professionals at the Chantilly location and the desktop technicians who worked with the end users to resolve user’s problems. Enhanced and standardized technical service lines. Managed the helpdesk/call center for over 2000 users across several locations. Managed 2nd and 3rd level support, by phone, modem and in person, for over 2000 users in various location. Manage desktop technician's tickets with Magic program as well as did all documentation of help procedures, overseeing that aspect of helping users. Implemented ITIL directives to bring department in line service management. Dramatically improved the perception of the IT department as a proactive environment.
