Managed the training and onboarding of new ForgeRock Talent Partners and Sourcers (Greenhouse, LinkedIn) Partnered with HR compensation team to create a salary and equity bank for visibility streamlining the offer process. Additionally, created a offer approvals process for salary and equity during 2022 competitive hiring
Streamlined the interview process in engineering,
reducing time to hire to 30 days by partnering with the SVP of engineering and rolling out unified process across 6 teams.
