Nadia Ali has over a decade of project management experience and is a dedicated and results driven professional offering progressive ideas and initiatives that come from years of managing projects,working with communities and businesses. She seeks to engage and help create better livelihoods for communities in northern Ghana working with International and local NGOs, the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies as well as a number of business organizations. She is a trained Mechanical Engineer and an entrepreneur. Her passion to touch and impact many lives especially that of human rights of young girls and women in general has led her into a number of community and women empowerment projects with CAMFED, NORSAAC, etc. She is an election observer in Africa as well .Her belief is that,young people and women, given the opportunity and right guidance can excel in any endeavor they put their minds to. Responsibilities

Lead Program Development and Implementation

`

Develops AgriTech Challenge, Business Booster and Women’s Boot Camp strategic plan, trains

and directs staff on the implementation of strategic plan across all components of the program.

O I ensure that assigned project-based programs adhere to established schedules, specifications,budgets, and program implementation requirements of partnering institutions.

Business incubation
