Dispatch Company drivers for local work and over the road. Handle driver’s payroll inputting their hours on a weekly basis. Create workorders for each move and when completed I close them out. I update IFTA and send to our corporate office. I use SAP System to input all the information on the moves the drivers do daily.

Dispatcher for 14 local and over-the-road truckers for CST. Make sure the drivers E-logs are up to date on a daily basis. Terminate per diem empties that are empty at the customers for each SSL. Check the dispatches to make sure the drivers got lifted on to correct chassis and the deliveries have been completed. The system I use to dispatch drivers is Profit Tools and that is where the driver’s information is updated for each load and or empty. Set up appointments for drivers to get drug tested when they are due. In contact with rails when drivers are having issues. Send emails to SSL for termination of empties.
