PRIME PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL JAPAN, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – 05/16 TO 10/16

Responsible managing a USACE FY15 MILCON Project for the construction alterations of an Aircraft Maintenance Hangar and SCIF Wing at the Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Trained field staff with best methods adhering to the 3-Phase Inspection process for USACE contract requirements. Implemented improved communication efforts with local Japanese Subcontractors utilizing skilled translator support. Practiced better means of coordinating daily work activities with field staff and subcontractors by incorporating a daily permit system. TEXAMERICAS CENTER, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS AND CONSTRUCTION – 10/14 TO 08/15

CH2M HILL, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – LOGCAP IV AFGHANISTAN 01/11 TO 08/14

Supported the Draw Down assessments of military and civilian man-camps theatre wide for LOGCAMP IV billeting, force protection, latrines, showers, sewage systems, dining and laundry facilities. Provided estimating methods to capture all the necessary unit labor and material for tearing down existing camps and packing for shipment. During 2012, completed 12 Change Orders located at Kandahar Air Base ahead of schedule and below the contract budgets. The showcase project included demolition, construction renovation and commissioning of 3 permanent military billeting structures on schedule and under budget. The buildings included 2400 bed space, showers and latrines, power, water, sewage facilities and the infrastructure systems necessary to support these buildings. In 2011, managed subcontractors on the construction of Logcamps at various Forward Operating Base improvements for LOGCAP IV in the South region of Afghanistan. Participated on a self-performance contract to build a new Dining Facility at FOB Pasab. Successfully completed the project on the deadline turn-over date with full operation serving the first meal on time. For all construction sites assigned to, provided detailed daily reports illustrating the safety topics and training, critical phases of quality control, work performed in accordance to scopes of work and code compliances. In addition, compile redline drawings and scopes of work for completed As-Built contract documents.

ALTECH, INC., QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER – 09/10 TO 12/10

Consulted the General Contractor on a Design/Build USACE project located in Hooks, Texas at the Red River Army Depot. The project consisted of building a new Armed Forces Reserve Center. Managed and trained the onsite CQC manager loading inspection records in to the QCS program and improved means of conducting three phase meetings and inspections. Advised the PM with affective methods developing and processing submittal packages, design modifications and negotiating with subcontractors and client.

ENDICOTT CONSTRUCTORS CORP, QUALITY CONTROL CONSULTANT – 06/10 TO 08/10

Consulted the General Contractor on a USACE project located in Aberdeen, Maryland at the Proving Grounds Post. The project was approximately 30% completed upon my arrival to inspect. The Quality Control system did not comply with the contract requirements. Managed to correct QC system deficiencies and improved methods loading inspection records in to the QCS quality control data system.

VERSAR, INC, CONSTRUCTION AUDITOR – 12/08 TO 08/09

Conducted Quality Assurance Audits on various construction projects in Iraq. Organized pre-final/final inspections, reviewed complex construction activities, and trained Foreign National Quality Assurance Engineers.
