Design & Detailing of transformer up to 5MVA with the voltage class of 33kV/11kV, 11KV/433V, 22KV/433V, 33KV/433V.33KV/6.6KV & 11KV/3.6KV transformers including OLTC & OCTC Transformer and electrical detailing of oil cooled transformer up to 5MVA.

Design & Detailing of transformer up to 500kVA with the voltage class of 11kV/433V, Both side Low Voltage transformers including OLTC & OCTC Transformer and electrical detailing of Dry Type transformer up to 500KVA.

Handling enquiry up to 5MVA oil cooled transformer.

Handling enquiry up to 1MVA Dry Type transformer.

Have knowledge of Power, Distribution, and Hermetically Sealed & Dual Primary Transformer Designs.

Hand on experience of Layer, Drum & Disc (Continuous & Interleaved) and Helical(single & Double layer)

Preparation of Bill of material & cutting plans Using Ramco ERP

Good Knowledge of Off circuit tap switch, On load Tap Switch and Dual Primary tapping

Standardization of design, development of standard drawings, and verification of design calculations with emphasis on reduction of cost and time cycles.

Study of specification, understanding the customer requirements and acting accordingly.

Reviewing Project status with the production department.

Clearing any technical issues raised by the production department.
