Oversee study contract process, including development/execution and compliance

Work with consortium investigators across multiple institutions to develop study protocol and ensure that the

protocol details are consistent and accurate and comply with all human subject regulations.

Lead the Manual of Procedure (MOP) development to facilitate consistency in protocol implementation and data

collection across participants and clinical sites. In addition, the MOP provides reassurance to all participants that

scientific integrity and participant safety are closely monitored and increases the likelihood that the results of the

study will be scientifically credible.

Work with the study investigators and lead study data instruments creation.

Interact with database and study information system programming team, and pre-test the data management system

for correctness.

Lead the development and implementation of the public and secure website for the CPDPC.

Oversee the development of training materials for study site coordinator training and lead the training study site

coordinators prior to study initiation.

Oversee the coordinating centers study coordination team (assistant, QC coordinator, study coordinator, etc.) for

routine activities. This team includes personnel responsible for network coordination, protocol and MOP

development, training program development, site visit, and quality control.

Serve as the main contact for study sites to address study related issues.

Supervise study quality assurance and quality control.

Closely work with study PI and study investigators to ensure successful execution of the protocol and MOP.

Oversee the planning and execution of the bi-annual in-person Steering Committee meetings.

pastoris) system coupled with various affinity chromatography techniques

-Performed surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analyses to evaluate role of

mutated residues in phosphodiester recognition

site in domain 15 of the CI-MPR

-Successfully cloned, expressed, and purified truncated forms of the receptor
