The machine is designed for fitting taper washer in ball stud(car steering assembly). Total operation done by hydraulic power pack. Taper washer fitting in specific parameter load. HMI used for control operation,

Load values are getting from load cell unit. cylinders are controlled by the

hydraulic actuators, Hydraulic motor controlled by VFD(CG Drive). AC motor is used for threading and de threading purpose. Hence the Total operation of machine is controlled by the PLC(MITSHUBISHI) And HMI.

The machine is designed for filling grease inside the hydraulic motor oil seal(various size).
