Co-Owner of Medical Manufacturing: start up company.

Responsible for multiple areas of business including but not limited to Director of Quality, sales, accounting, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, Etc. Full P&L responsibilities.

Doosan Infracore of America August 2007 – July 2009

Manager Medical Engineering Centre (Development -Knee-Hip-Spine)

Managed start up of facility from building location to Grand Opening, including P&L for operations.

Work with different levels of management to plan for manufacturing feasibility programs including but not limited to overseas operations. International and domestic travel, for various levels of corporate leadership teams, to communicate business objectives. (South Korea)

Worked with Quality Engineers, Development Engineers and Concurrent Engineers to establish parameters and guidelines for IQ, OQ and PQ validation requirements.
