03/16- 02/17 – LabCorp- San Diego, CA- Medical Data Entry – Verified and processed paperwork from specimens that came in from the current day from hospitals and medical offices in the area to ensure proper billing to clients. Heavy data entry that dealt with medical terminology and strict deadlines. Would still be working in position had hours been presented accurately during hiring process.

04/13 – 8/15 Answer Connecticut – Newington, CT Operator/Dispatcher/Supervisor

Worked in a couple roles where messages, general information, and direction were given to customers of numerous medical offices, small offices, and state insurances. Acted as supervisor for six months overseeing team of 15-25 operators to ensure company standards. Worked with management and operations to meet and improve client’s expectations. In my final year, was offered and accepted to work from home as a remote operator due to satisfactory performance within company. Resigned from job to move to San Diego.

04/12-02/2012- Aerotek – Meriden, Ct- Foreclosure Prevention Specialist/ CSR-Contracted employment where I had 2 assignments. First assignment I reached out to homeowners in various stages of foreclosure and offered a Bank of America program to prevent foreclosure. This program was being offered when short sales, loan modifications, and other options had been exhausted. 2nd role was with FM Facility Maintenance in Hartford, CT where I created and modified service requests for grocery store chains in Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. Also, communicated with service providers and technicians who would provide updates and ETA on service calls.

02/11- 03/12 Connecticut Housing Investment Fund-Hartford, CT Loan Servicing Agent

A non-profit organization where I processed payments against consumer loans and prepared release-of-lien documents for notarization for paid-in full mortgage notes. Also performed filing, sorting, scanning, and other general office duties.

07/07-07/10 Fiserv-Wallingford, CT -Account Reconciliation Agent

Reconciled customer accounts of banks from daily deposits. Processed and verified checks and deposits to prepare corrections and confirm totals for local banks for the next business day. Prepared documents to properly credit and debit customer and client accounts, whenever discrepancies arose. Heavy numeric data entry, attention to detail, and critical thinking to complete work efficiently displayed in this role.
