I have worked in the customer service industry for over ten years now. At Wells Fargo home mortgage department I answer calls and tend to the customer’s needs as their home service provider for their mortgage. Some of my duties include sending out our customers statements and any important documents they made need on their mortgage, faxing any important documents they may need, processing pay-offs, taking payments or refunding payments, opening important work orders that need to be assessed on their account for any type of reversals or research that needs to be done on the account due to taxes. I also provide customer call backs to ensure our customers are satisfied with the resolutions we find may be more beneficial to their financial needs. I started off as a skill I representative and have now graduated to a skill II representative.
