These are just two of the 30 mounts designed and brought to market, while at Milestone.
Development: Redesigned older Follow Thru design, prototyped and implemented design changes. Results were 25% reduction is cost and 30% reduction in joint parts and a 25% better performance by implementing better design methods with SolidWorks as CAD platform.
Cross functional Team: Within Milestone, Improved company goodwill between Sanus and Chief engineering during a time of increased tension by pulling together the two groups.
Mentorship / Hiring: With a complete engineering replacement over the last 3 years, provided recruiting, interviewing and hiring advice, as well as mentoring all new hires as they made the transition to productive employees.

ENGINEERING INTERN/DESIGN ENGINE/Sr Mechanical ENGINEER
Priority: Develop R&D design testing laboratory for fluid and solid dispensing solution. Improved safety, operations, and environment; cut costs by designing mechanical and process solutions.
Project Management: Designed and coordinated the installation of Ecolab’s new state of the art $1,6 million, 9,000 sq.ft testing laboratory. Including coordinating all external contractors of electrical, plumbing, drainage design and specification for specialized testing equipment.
Human Resources: Hire, managed 4-8 engineers and technicians to assist in the laboratory move and negotiated all allocations of testing space with the various business units.
Capital expenditure: Created the justification documentation and installation plan for the purchase of two capital equipment projects, a $500,000 Failure Mode Verification Test (FMVT) unit and an $80,000 environmental cycling chamber. Installed, calibrated and trained technicians on the said equipment’s use.
Priority: Develop R&D designs for fluid and solid dispensing solution.
Fluid handling: Developed a variable Venturi deliver system for a product demand dispensing system.
Dispensing system: Developed a 6 product dilute from concentrate delivery system for the retail market. Including a bar scanning package identification system to deliver appropriate product to retail floor.
