Responsibilities

Work with Business Development and IT to define requirements and integrations

Write technical approach and design documentation

Create integration and development project plans and designs

Enhance and build SFDC per project plans and specs

Maintain effective data integrity routines

Establish reporting schedules and enhance leadership visibility

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience

Strong technical design skills with creative flair in devising products and solutions to meet business needs

Knowledge of CRM

Three years of experience as a dedicated SFDC developer

Strong communication and presence

Ability to work with the business and IT teams effectively to execute projects and solutions

Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across multiple platforms

Experience with extract, transformation and load tools and enterprise integration tools

Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, JS, C++ and ASP

Fundamental understanding of working with large data sets (200,000 records) in Salesforce

Experience with outbound messaging and other integration technologies

Knowledge in building custom Apex and RESTful web services in Salesforce

Experience with integrating third-party APIs/web services and the various data formats (XML, JSON)

Proficiency In Writing Unit Tests

Technical skills in JSP/ASP, Java, HTML and style sheets
