Repucom is a global leader in sports and entertainment marketing consultancy providing a single global source of comprehensive, independent market research, analytics and consultancy services to 1,000 of the top rights holders, brands, agencies and broadcasters across the sports and entertainment industry. Repucom employs over 1,400 personnel in more than 20 offices spread over 16 countries.

Joined Repucom at behest of private equity investor (G F Capital) to correct multiple operational issues and stabilize its finance division by implementing proper management reporting, treasury management, tax planning and related compliance, and key internal controls.

Entrusted to a strategic internal consulting role to advise on initiatives effecting global positioning, tactical actions, and resource allocations for long-term initiatives specifically related to M&A activity.

Developed and implemented various performance and operational tools and reports which included weekly sales and cash reports, intercompany reconciliation tools, pricing tools, monthly global financial consolidation package, and management & board reports.
