Exterior (brick) painting on front and backside tower structures:

Bring in 45ft boomlift to gain access to tall areas of structure.

Pressure wash both structures.

Apply silka-flex caulking to vents as necessary.

Remove Ivy from front entrance side of building.

Cut and roll (to avoid overspray) bricks using Conflex Extreme Weather Proofing paint.

Clean up and remove debris.

Total cost for work to be performed $7,430.00

Finch Painting requires half down $ 3,715.00 to be put on the schedule, and for the provision of wages. Remaining balance to be paid upon the completion of job. All colors are to be chosen by owner.

Finch Painting offers a 10-year guarantee on all exterior paint jobs, on the condition the owner calls Mr. Finch every 2 years to pressure wash the house/building for $250.00 biannually, thus ensuring his finish stays clean and there’s no failing paint, touch up will be done at this time. If owner does not contact Mr. Finch, contract is void. If Mr. Finch changes his phone number, he must contact homeowner with his new number to keep up his end of the contract.
