This application mainly deals with capturing Total time on duty, Limbo hours, Exclusive hours, STARTS, Total hours reported within a month. The application was developed using Mainframe technologies like MVS, COBOL, CICS, IMS, DB2, JSF 2.0, Primefaces, Web Services, Oracle, MQServcies with Agile development methodologies (uses JIRA board).

Design and Development of multiple projects for Way billing system. The system includes 3 tier-1 modules

Automated Way billing System (AWS): The AWS system is a part of the Centralized Transportation Management System. The purpose of the system is to create/maintain waybill information for every consignment that is transported by CSX. Waybills are informational records representing transportation of commodities and other related events.

Bill of Lading (BOL) & Interline Received Data Exchange (IRDE): The BOL & IRDE systems are part of the Centralized Transportation Management System. The BOL system processes all the waybill data coming from customers into CSXT via EDI. The IRDE system processes the entire waybill data coming from other railroads (interline traffic) into CSXT via EDI and to perform interchanges of the rail traffic. These systems provide the status of freight movements to customers & foreign railroads.

COPS REPLICATION SYSTEM: This is a system known as CUSTOMER ORIENTED PROCESSING REPLICATION SYSTEM. The way billing information is stored in both uses oracle and mainframe (IMS and DB2). CUSTOMER ORIENTED PROCESSING SYSTEM developed in power builder uses oracle as backend and Mainframe uses IMS and DB2 databases to store the waybill information. COPs Replication system ensures that both to keep both of them in sync.
