United States Marine Corps, Infantryman/ Company Executive Officer Clerk
-Infantryman and senior LCpl. Oversaw my Marines throughout various aspects of the day including readiness, training and morale, assigned individual duties, ensured mission accomplishment as a whole, supported my junior Marines in anyway necessary.
-Company Clerk duties included: preparing daily counts and ensuring all Marines are in their assigned areas, answered phones for the Company Office, worked alongside the Company Executive officer and Commanding Officer in preparing all necessary documentation for promotion/achievement ceremonies. Ensured all command elements were up to date on all upcoming briefs and debriefs. Processed junior Marines on their way to an Infantry Training Battalion such as medical history, urinalysis and any legal or Non Judicial Punishment pending.
Comm-Clean LLC.
-Worked as a crew leader for CommClean, a commercial cleaning company.Duties included traveling from site to site to do daily rounds of cleaning. Talking to business supervisors and finding out what specific location needed; in terms of equipment or specific tasks and delegating tasks to my team accordingly. Oversaw the operation auto scrubber, mowers, pressure washers, buffers/polishers and various equipment in order to bring each property to a presentable appearance.
All N One Fitness/ Shamrock Fight Championships
-Promotions/porter position. Greeted members and potential members. Answered phones and tracked payments. Also in charge of general upkeep of the facilities. Wiping down/ repairing equipment. Cleaning locker rooms, showers. And general maintenance throughout the building. Also, in charge of pre fight meeting for our nationally televised Pay Per View events, registered fighters with the State Athletic Commission and ensured the program runs smoothly.
All Star Moving LLC
Crew Leader for a locally owned moving company. Oversaw day to day operations for each separate crew to ensure the customers expectations are exceeded. Also responsible for paperwork and payment collection, filing state mandated DOT paperwork for cross-country moves and general clerical duties. Meet with company President and CFO Bi-Monthly to discuss future growth and work on a company wide training curriculum.
Latest Position- Joe Fazio’s Bakery (commercial food producer)
-Sanitation manager. I oversaw 9 employees whose responsibilities vary from sanitation to production and logistics. I am responsible for all tracking and documentation of daily sanitation tasks, spotting and correcting safety and FDA regulation violations, creating and implementing a company wide training curriculum in: GMP’s, safety, Listeria contamination and personal hygiene, just to name a few. I also ensure that all daily deep cleaning and sanitation assignments are finished correctly and effectively and that the facility is ready and prepared for third party audits of the facility.
-Operations manager. I was then promoted from sanitation manager to operations manager. I played a leading role in managing both raw materials and personnel throughout the company.I was tasked with ensuring all items and product needed for business and to cover orders, were all produced and sent through each respective department. I personally tracked and logged every item produced and communicated any discrepancies in either amount or quality, and corrected said discrepancies before orders were sent out on their routes. As far as personnel, I had upwards of 13 employees in two separate departments that I was responsible for on a daily basis. I was responsible for drafting and administering quarterly reviews, scheduling, writeups/corrective actions, orientation and training of new employees and ensuring no gaps in production between departments as a means to ensure positive product flow; which in turn lead to company wide decreases in overtime and product waste.
