Hired to manage change and growth of the 2-person recruiting department. In 17 months, hired and trained 10 recruiters and 1 recruiting coordinator to meet the waves of new business while ensuring customer excellence on all deliverables. Growth included having to change how business was “done” in order to get the desired results as the department went from servicing an average of 75 Contract Labor job requisitions to well over 250, with a potential hire yield of 450. Recently, divided the department into 2 divisions to develop an underutilized revenue stream, Direct Hire.
