Reduced expenses and run rate in Nationwide Distribution Solutions by over 57% and $2 million between 2002 and 2005 by improving our processes, eliminating redundancy and making our applications more efficient. The major savings were accomplished by replacing a third party piece of software that contributed $500,000 annual savings and eliminated a third party software dependency.
