2016 to 2017: Senior Project Manager
Joined as a Senior Project Manager, to work on retail projects for this Dallas-based Developer company. Assigned a ground-up Walmart project and a TJ Maxx retail store, both located in the Southeast US. My role was to handle all phases of the ground-up development including client communications, real estate entitlement and permit acquisitions, Architect and Civil selections and management, along with General Contractor selection for these projects to get built and managed by our company. These projects costs in the 10-15 million project costs, Once complete these sites were sold and maintained by our internal properties groups. Currently assigned a mall renovation in Eden Prairie. MN; working on redevelopment of a closed Sears attached to this regional mall. (Project value is 47 million).
Clean Energy Fuels, Newport Beach, CA
2012 to Present: Director of Construction, East Region
Fulfill a key role directing the development of a network of 28 LNG and 22 CNG fueling sites throughout the East
Coast for the largest provider of natural gas fuel for transportation in North America, with authority over 13
managers. Effectively manage a team of 13 talented team members tasked with validating site designs to ensure
compliance with local ordinances. Collaborate with project developers to develop innovative and effective project
management strategies that have yielded the successful construction of LNG/CNG fueling facilities at nearly 50%
of the average cost ($1.3MM vs. $2.5MM) charged by competing firms.
– Instrumental in shepherding United States transportation networks into a new era of energy independence, with
the eventual goal of eliminating reliance on gasoline.
