Integral role in the conversion of system extended care facility from outside management to internal management, including accounting and reporting

Bond financing and refinancing support to CFO, including SWAP arrangement and all additional debt calculations

Support CFO in investment committee presentations and evaluation of alternative investment strategies

Property tax appeal – City of Norwalk, ancillary owned properties, refund of $359K in previously paid tax, ongoing savings of approx. $184K per year
