My responsibilities as architectural engineer include:

-Prepared construction and bidding documents as well as presentation packages

-Researched product literature and assessed requests for material substitutions

-Reviewed revised the selected design based on feedback

-Evaluated engineering systems appropriate to the project and their environmental impact

-Assessed requests for material substitutions

-Reviewed the selected design and punch list tasks

-Preformed construction field observation and NC code research

-Preparation of schematic design, design development, construction, and engineering plans

-Interacted with sales department, construction department, and purchasing department

That was include all company model homes throughout the States, especially Eastern part of United States and that include single and multi-family residential project.

My responsibilities as project designer include:

-Coordinated and produced the design package for formal Canadian resident and embassy

-Participated in the development and maintenance of the interior design materials library.

-Interacted with sales department, architectural department, and purchasing department

That was include all formal Canadian resident, embassy and chancellors all over the world.
