Duties where finding acommodations for the staf working for the “Watter Supply Project of Berat City” Finding a warehouse an office in a suitable location,also houses to rent for the ingineers .i took at least three diferenty offers for every contract or subcontractor, or any sort of material needed for the project.Finding the best offer,negociate and makeing decision along the way.together with the project Director. Logistic Manager was in charge of organization of the transport also for any sort of supply needed for the project,construction materials like sand cement, gravel, bricks ect.I was in charge of machinerys like Exavators or Robots,Pickups ect. Duties where coliaborate with the mechanic for any mechanical brakdowns,i had to find spare parts when they were urgently needed, or colaborate with the machanic department Logistic Manager for this type of project have a multi- tasking job,finding the best solution as quick as it can but on the mean time trying to save money .In order to do this i did coordinate the transport and provide instruction to our staff (drivers) .The outcome was saveing fuel money and time also.Doing this type of job sometime it meant i had to be quick thinker,multi-task taker and very friendly and polite aproach with people collages sellers and subcontractors. I had to take enormous calls day by day on my mobal phone from so many diferent people,trying to solve so many differnt problems or isues ..i did answer every single call,and did my best to do the job properly...I had to work at least 12 hours per day 6 days a week cause we had a deadline for this type of project (two years march 2015-march 2017 ) and in the end we succeeded !
I think the key to sucses is good comunications being positive all the time,never give up..being persistant and polite,finding a solution not an exuse !
And working hard as a team...
