Projects:

I.Vodafone Egypt: On site engineer – Customer Experience Dept.(1/12/2010 till 31/1/2015)

- Main Tasks:

Ensuring the best network performance and excellent customer experience through the detection of network problems (access/core/roaming, 2G &3G) from the performance reports and checks using network statistics (ENIQ), Netscout monitoring tools (call trace, IPI, RIA, Olap), active testing tools (SIGOS), touch point (CCSM), wire-shark and protocol analyzer.

II.Principal Systems Engineer (VFE, Meditel & ElMadar Accounts 1/8/2012 till 1/5/2013)

- Main Tasks:

Deployment and service of GeoProbe product: 14U and 2U probes ATCA platform (linux OS), SpiServer (Solaris OS), DataCast server (Solaris OS, XML files) and Terminal server Also, deployed Unified Assurance (UA) Product: Roaming & Interconnect Assurance, IPI and IRIS Netscout Servers.

- Integrating and configuring spIserver, Oracle, Cognos/Olap and LDAP servers, OS, system disks partitions and Netscout application software.

- Troubleshooting and resolving issues Netscout probes and servers

- Configuration and customization of the GeoProbe and servers system according to customer specification and Protocols monitored by the GeoProbe system; SS7, ISUP, GSM MAP, GPRS, UMTS, IuPs, IuCs, VoIP, SigTran and Gb and configuring SpIserver GUI maps and links Interfaces for customer to preform call traces, SUD recall, wireshark, ReMon, stats and Olap reports.

- Conducting GeoProbe and Servers Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) with customers and train them on GeoProbe, UA, G10 probes and Geoblade probes system usage and administration.

- Providing support to sales through deployment of field trial systems and assist with answering customer technical questions and concerns.

III.Senior Systems Engineer (Orange Egypt Account 1/1/2015 till present):

- Main Tasks:

Leading a team of engineers and technicians to provide Netscout system (Probes, Servers) installation, commissioning (OS & Apps), configurations, expansions, SW upgrades and providing technical support for the problems and customer complains. Running proactive checks to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction.

2-Huawei Technologies from April 2010 till October 2010 as 2G Back Office and Data Configuration Engineer in Etisalat Misr managed service.

Job description:

-Perform all kind of Operation and Maintenance on BSC and BTS.

-Handling of Trouble Tickets received from other departments.

-Implement all Radio parameter changes requested by Optimization

-Responsible for acceptance of new BSC

-Performing software upgrade for BTS and BSC

3-Alcatel-Lucent From November 2007 till March 2010 as RAN/OMC technical support engineer

Projects:

1- Mobinil: RAN Technical Support Engineer.(19/11/2007 to 30/7/2009)

-Main Tasks:

-Creating, editing and upgrading BSS nodes

-Performing migrations actions

-Troubleshooting and fixing BSS HW and SW problems

-Applying radio configuration parameters

-Executing tickets to solve problems

-Monitoring and solving QOS problems

-OMC and BSS software upgrade

2- Mobinil: Quality of service team leader (1/8/2009 to 31/8/2009)

-Main Tasks:

- Interface with customer.

- Coordinating with other network departments to solve quality problems and complains.

3- Mobinil: RAN planning engineer (1/9/2009 to 31/3/2010 )

-Main Tasks:

- Design and delivery of BSC capacity in order to support new 2G cell build, transceiver numbers and voice/data traffic.

- Ensure our customers experience good quality service which will include regular utilization monitoring and immediate action on any problems.

- Awareness of network issues and their impact on the BSS, awareness of events that might influence traffic patterns and profiles and listening and working with other groups e.g. Regional Cell Planning.
