After ranking as the #1 sales associate in the region within a month of joining the team, identified as a high potential candidate and groomed for positions management. Promoted four times in as many years and continues to be high impact contributor throughout a complex period of restructuring that includes emergence from Chapter 11 and acquisition by General Wireless.

As Regional Sales Director for the Carolinas Region, stepped up to the challenge of turning around the lowest performing region in the division, encompassing 50 locations across North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia markets.

Spearheaded an aggressive performance improvement plan that took the region to top 10 within the first 60 days, ranking head to head in sales with much larger markets such as Washington DC.

Following emergence from bankruptcy protection, handpicked for a newly created position as Market Sales Manager, with the mandate to simultaneously manage a busy location while serving as a coach and mentor to 15 other Store Managers.

Worked with each Store Manager to develop and implement a performance plan specific to key metrics in their location.
