Responsible for recruitment of client Saudi Aramco.
Screening CV’s based on the requirement shared by the client and sourcing it to them in a given format and getting them ready for interview upon recommendation.
Responsible to represent Al Jehat in overseas recruitment held in India and in Saudi Arabia.
Work closely with the Gov group to work on Saudization.
