Key Responsibilities:-
(A)Document Management:-
1. Submitting Documents/Drawings as per planning schedule.
2.Coordinating with contractor and subcontractor for Documents Approval and Status
3. Preparation of MOMs and circulating to the concerned people.
4.Review, catalogue and distribute all consultant drawings, shop drawings and other
Submittals as required by the Project Manager.
5. Receive all consultants drawings, log in Edge Builder, review & distribute as required by P.M.
6. Receive and log all shop drawings. Review with PM and distribute.
7. Provide preliminary review of shop drawings for conformance.
8. Maintain Record of W.O.s, P.O.s. & Tender Document.
9. Issue Purchase order work order & Tender Document to contractor.
10. Maintain and update customer on shipping data and unit prices for all products.
11. Manage all project documentation (includes engineering/technical, correspondence,) generated by company and by subcontractors.
12. Distribute documentation to the project team in a timely and accurate manner.
13. Keeping record of incoming and outgoing drawings.(Hard & Soft copy).
14. Expedite and track status of all documents reviewed internally by the Project.
15. Recording all incoming and outgoing transmittals and file in accordance with the company

16. Maintain registers of all receipts and issues or submissions of documents and correspondence.
17. Ensure that the latest revision of all documents produced for the project are recorded and
distributed to all concerned parties.
18. Register, distribute, track, issue, maintain and control office and site project documents and drawings.
