Process Products is a family-owned fastener & Class C component distributor that has served the Power Generation, Petro-Chemical, Nuclear, Aerospace, and General Manufacturing industries for over 70 years.

I am responsible for the sales & marketing growth of both the Toronto and Charlotte offices. Supervised a total of 26 international executive sales people, inside customer service and branch operational staff for this $25 million sales organization. Top customers include Siemens, Mitsubishi-Hitachi Power Systems, Volvo, GE, and Hitachi.

Increased sales from $18.2 million dollars to $25.1 million.

Enrolled and trained all inside/outside sales people on the benefits of the Salesforce CRM system.

Created a division with 7 Office hubs and 11 satellite locations across the US with a fleet of vans to repair and sell tools onsite at Wind Farms, Petro Chemical, Power Generation, and General Industrial locations.

Major customers included GE, Vestas, Dresser Rand, Caterpillar and Siemens.
