Technical Manager 2013 – Present

Manage all aspects of product commercialization, new product development, sustainability strategies, risk mitigation, margin improvement, QMS compliance and product safety. Responsible for change control, product specifications, customer trials and ERP system data including item masters and estimates.

TPM Coordinator (Milliken Performance System) 2012 – Present

Plant Coordinator for piloting implementation of Milliken Performance System (TPM) called SPS for our company.
